FISH PRODUCTS PROCESS AT PT. BINTANG SUMBER JAYA

We mainly focused on the below listed type of fishes. Mostly being caught in Indonesia’s ocean and ship frozen in order to ensure the fish quality. All the fish listed below are ship frozen and after arriving at the fishing ports are being stored at cold storage. We also manufacture otoshimi (fish ground meat) using local supply fresh fish.

We can also offer additional process such as filleting, mincing or steak required by the customers. All the process will be done in our factory in accordance with the specification required by the customers. Customers are welcome to inspect our production facility and may also request special process which need to be agreed before production.
